Schottenstein Homes, Nationwide Realty Investors plot $25M empty-nester housing development at Jerome Village


The new empty-nester development will have lower real estate taxes than surrounding neighborhoods at Jerome Village, which is a 1,900-acre master-planned community near Plain City in Union County.
