Passersby stopped along the Milwaukee River to watch the team of artists construct a large lumber structure, pounding together its beams with a big wooden mallet.
The assembly of "Skew," a sculpture by Milwaukee artists Shana McCaw and Brent Budsberg, happened on Friday.
