Sears sued by Kamehameha Schools for back rent at Hawaii mall


The timing of the filing — Sears Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: SHLD) is reportedly preparing to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sunday ahead of a $134 million debt payment due Monday — was coincidental, a Kamehameha Schools spokesman told Pacific Business News.
