SEC to amend lawsuit against billionaire Frost, Opko


The Securities and Exchange Commission plans to amend its civil complaint against Miami Beach billionaire Dr. Phillip Frost and Opko Health, where he is chairman and CEO.

The new complaint would extend the timelines for the defendants to respond to the litigation.
