The next step in a decade-long redevelopment project in Sedgefield has begun.
Charlotte-based Marsh Properties has broken ground on The Edge@Sedgefield, a 263-unit apartment project located along Haverford Place on the site of a master-planned real estate project along South Boulevard, between Poindexter Drive and Marsh Road. The first units at The Edge will deliver in the spring of 2020, according to Marsh.
