For the first time since February, all of the top 10 luxury home sales in Greater Cincinnati did not top $1 million.
The top home sale in September was more than $2.3 million, but only one other home sold for $1.75 million or more. Four of the top 10 sales were below $1 million, breaking a six-month streak of all 10 sales being $1 million or more.
