Reviving the historic Warner Grand Theatre for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra is an intense effort. Massive chandeliers were shipped to Missouri to be refurbished. Fading or damaged murals dating to the early 1930s will be restored to their former luster. But likely the biggest challenge, in terms of size and preparation, will be moving a one-million-pound wall to expand the stage.
