Nearly a dozen experts including developers, real estate attorneys and city officials size up the benefits, challenges and unintended consequences emerging in Central Florida since Florida's Live Local Act was signed into law. While many shared concerns about the law's implementation, at least one area source said the law was "the best thing the state has done in 20 years."
