Seven bankers leave BMO Harris to usher Dacotah Bank into Twin Cities market

Dacotah Bank of Aberdeen, S.D., is expanding into the Twin Cities for the first time, and it's lured seven people away from BMO Harris’ Twin Cities commercial banking team to lead the effort.
