Six organizations to test affordable housing programs in Louisville area


Access Ventures, a Louisville nonprofit, has selected six organizations to help it address a nationwide affordable housing shortage.

The organizations were selected as part of what Access Ventures dubbed the Reconstruct Challenge, a $3 million national prize competition which sought innovative ideas to address the shortage. The six organization will be awarded with $300,000 each and access to an executive education course. Here are the six organizations and what they plan to do:
