Six-story development pitched at Upper Arlington shopping center


A developer wants to put up a six-story mixed-use building up at the Golden Bear Shopping Center along Riverside Drive near Fishinger Road in Upper Arlington.

Arcadia Development of Ohio filed plans with the city for a 270,176-square-foot building at 3700 Riverside Dr. Those plans call for 30,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space, 37,000 square feet of second-floor office space and four stories with 108 residential units.
