The developers behind Sunnyvale’s massive CityLine project say the 36-acre project, now underway after being stalled for a decade during the Great Recession, has the potential to transform downtown. And the city, which watched as previous incarnations of the project faltered under earlier developers, is really hoping that this time is the charm.
