Some parts of Oahu see double-digit drops in home sales in March, others double-digit gains


Some of Oahu’s largest single-family home neighborhoods recorded double-digit drops in home sales last month, while the Waipahu neighborhood saw a 31 percent increase, according to the local market report from the Honolulu Board of Realtors.

There were 21 homes sold in Waipahu in March, compared to 16 in March 2018. The median price there was $710,000, a 1 percent gain from $705,000 last year.
