St. Paul's Sibley Plaza on West Seventh Street is getting two new food and beverage venues next spring.
The Pioneer Press reports that Soul Lao, a Lao-cuisine food truck, and Wandering Leaf Brewing Co., a new brewery, plan to open locations in the Highland Park neighborhood. (On its Facebook page, Soul Lao says it will move into a former Dollar Tree space.)
Soul Lao launched its food truck five years ago and has operated a pop-up residency at BlackStack Brewery for the past couple of years.…
