South Nashville industrial site eyed for co-warehousing concept sells for $10.25 million


A California-based co-warehousing concept is planning its first Nashville location. Last week, Flexetc, a company that provides flexible warehouse and office spaces, paid $10.25 million for a South Nashville industrial site that will be converted into co-warehouse spaces.
