Southeast Wisconsin health care systems match Advocate Aurora’s $18 minimum wage


Advocate Aurora Health was the first health care system in southeastern Wisconsin to implement an $18 an hour minimum wage in December 2021, but since then three other major health systems matched the wage hike — contributing to inflationary expenses that are pinching their operating margins.
