Charges levied against Ocampo-Bunola in January alleged that he assisted three Mexican restaurants — Plaza Garibaldi in Redwood Falls, Plaza Garibaldi in New Ulm and La Terraza in Mankato — in underreporting their sales for multiple periods between January 2017 and December 2020.
