The developer of a 474-unit Southside apartment community has sold the complex for $72.3 million to Atlanta-based Centennial Holding Company LLC.
Thornton Park Luxury Apartments apartment complex, located at 8450 Gate Parkway W., was developed in 2008 by Epoch Residential, which is based out of Winter Park. Epoch bought the property in 2015 for $61.6 million after it received a $50 million loan. It was the first time the company bought a property rather than just building it.
