Spinoff of Dallas-based company to establish headquarters in Kentucky

On Wednesday, it was announced that a spinoff of a telehealth/behavioral health startup is going to be locating its headquarters in Kentucky. The news, though, could have a much more immediate impact to Kentuckians.
