Springboard Landings receives rezoning approval on Bellevue property eyed for affordable housing


Local nonprofit organization Springboard Landings is working toward developing a 24-unit affordable housing community for developmentally disabled adults in Bellevue. The organization's application to rezone the property for multifamily use was recently approved.
