Sprouts CEO says he isn’t fazed by potential Kroger-Albertsons merger


Sprouts CEO Jack Sinclair said that his Valley-based company operates in a completely different side of the grocery industry than Fry’s Food Stores, Albertsons and Safeway – the companies owned locally by Kroger and Albertsons. He also seemed dubious about the benefits of those companies merging.
