ElmTree Funds LLC has promoted Kerry Gawrych to the newly created post of CFO for the Clayton-based real estate private equity firm and fund manager.
Gawrych had joined ElmTree in 2015 in her previous post as controller. In her new role, she will lead the firm’s accounting, financial reporting, analysis and administration departments, as well as continue to serve on ElmTree's compliance committee, officials said Tuesday.
