A St. Matthews restaurant will be closed next week as it undergoes an extensive renovation.
Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill is closing its restaurant at 285 Hubbard Lane from Sunday, Feb. 28, until Monday, March 8, for the renovation process. The restaurant's Middletown location at 12915 Shelbyville Road will remain open for normal operating hours.
