St. Paul Korean fried chicken spot Bap and Chicken is permanently closing


Saint Paul-based Korean fried chicken spot Bap and Chicken is permanently closing after a three-year run.

The restaurant, located at 1328 Grand Ave., announced Tuesday on Instagram that its last day will be Saturday, March 25.

“It is sooner than we envisioned, but the time has arrived that we must say our goodbyes,” the restaurant said.

Late in 2021, Bap and Chicken announced expansion plans with a second location in Chandler, Arizona. The restaurant closed after a year.
