St. Paul OKs University of St. Thomas sports facilities at Highland Bridge project


St. Paul City Council approved changes for the former Ford Motor Co. site — now a mixed-use development led by Ryan Cos. called Highland Bridge — that could add University of St. Thomas baseball and softball fields to the project.
