Starbucks plans Waukesha cafe at site of former Weissgerber’s Gasthaus


Starbucks plans to add another café to its local footprint, this time in Waukesha.

The Seattle-based café chain is developing a location at Grandview Boulevard and Silvernail Road. The location will include a drive-through, a company spokesperson said.

Starbucks leased 2,100 square feet for the new café, according to Mid-America Real Estate. Tony Colvin and Dan Cohen represented Starbucks in the transaction.

The Starbucks spokesperson said the café is expected to open late this year.…
