A crowdfunded brewery is coming to Roseville, pending the city's approval on requested zoning changes.

Kulturwerks Brewing LLC is aiming to renovate a 1,400-square-foot building into its first brewery and taproom. Co-founders Jason Heger and Eric Swann plan to fund their business with a $400,000 commercial mortgage, $50,000 invested by themselves, and another $200,000 to $300,000 in public investment through MNVest — a program created by a 2015 law that allows Minnesotans to invest in startup…
