State insurance regulators suspend license of Sunrise-based Capacity Insurance Co.


Florida insurance regulators are suspending the license of Sunrise-based Capacity Insurance Co. as the company exits its business from the state, according to an order filed with the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.
