State of Tennessee seeks planning consultant to chart West Tennessee communities’ BlueOval course


The State of Tennessee has put out a request for qualifications (RFQ) for a planning consultant to help the suburbs of Ford Motor Co.'s BlueOval City manage their growth.

The selected contractor will “perform planning studies and related analyses to help West Tennessee communities prepare for future short- and long-term needs due to this development. The contractor’s studies and analysis will focus on infrastructure and land use,” the RFQ reads.
