State warns of ‘potentially fraudulent’ mailer seeking cannabis license applicants


The warning comes after the state opened a portal in September that gives Marylanders until Nov. 7 to receive pre-approval that they meet social equity criteria and are eligible for one of Maryland's new recreational cannabis licenses.
