SteelWave LLC pitches 300,000-square-foot project on land owned by Amazon in Eastern Pleasanton


The San Mateo-based firm sold the land to Amazon in 2021. Now — more than a year after Amazon began a right-sizing of its real estate portfolio — SteelWave has approached Pleasanton with a new proposal.
