AMB Codina Beacon Lakes LLC, an affiliate of Prologis (NYSE: PLD), sold about 45 acres at Northwest 117th Place and Northwest 20th Street for $8 million to S/VIIB Beacon Lakes LLC, managed by Fort Lauderdale-based Stiles Corp.
