Stream completes 1M-SF spec project in TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park near Port Houston


Dallas-based Stream developed Portside Logistics Center in a joint venture with Des Moines, Iowa-based Principal Asset Management. The 1 million-square-foot development within the massive TGS Cedar Port Industrial Park outside Baytown is now ready for tenants.
