Summerfest lawsuit against the Twins part of broad trademark protection campaign

Milwaukee World Festival Inc.’s extensive campaign to protect the Summerfest name has resulted in 32 cease and desist letters to different parties since spring 2022, and has now resulted in a lawsuit against the Minnesota Twins baseball team.
