Summit Brewing Co. has topped the venerable August Schell Brewing Co. as Minnesota's largest beer producer, according to a new ranking from the Brewers Association trade group.
The association, which represents small and independent craft brewers (with production of 6 million barrels or fewer per year), came out with its latest list this week.
