Take3: This brewer wanted to make sake, so he got Colorado’s laws changed (Video)


Colorado's a place where you can find a lot of craft beverages — craft beer, craft wineries, craft distilleries — but you couldn't find a craft sake brewery, until Sept. 1.

That's because state law didn't allow it. Colorado Sake Co. Owner Billy Stuart decided to change that.
