Keith Teague, the former COO of Tellurian Inc., and Chuck Laughter, a Plug Power vice president, founded Talyard Brewing Co. in the Imperial master-planned community. The 3.5-acre craft brewery and beer garden will seat about 600 people and include pickleball fields and a playground.
