Proper House Group will open its third concept, a sandwich shop, in Sparkman Wharf’s dining garden.
Lunch Lady will open in a shipping container in Sparkman Wharf later this month, Water Street Tampa developer Strategic Property Partners said Thursday. It will serve pressed sandwiches, salads, juices and teas, all made from scratch in-house.
SPP is controlled by Tampa Bay Lightning owner Jeff Vinik and Cascade Investment LLC, the investment fund of Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates.
