COOLEST IN NC: The N.C. Chamber's announcement involving the coolest things made in the state is yet more proof that Eastern North Carolina barbecue is superior.
The Chamber announced its 10 finalists, and one is George's BBQ Sauce of Nashville in Nash County near Rocky Mount. The family business dates to 1975 and still makes each bottle by hand and ships 4,500 bottles a day.
