The team behind Fishtown's Suraya are working on three dining projects for Center City's upcoming micro-hotel, Pod Philly Hotel.
In 2017, Nick Kennedy, Greg Root and Al Lucas of Defined Hospitality opened Suraya, a 10,000-square-foot market, restaurant and outdoor garden Levantine concept, to fanfare and accolades.
The three partners, who also operate R&D Cocktail Bar and Pizzeria Beddia, are now working on their next projects: two restaurants and a café, set to open this fall on Ludlow Streets…
