Temple med school gets $4M NIH grant to study Asian-American discrimination in hepatitis B, liver disease care


The focus of the grant is to find out why so few Asian-Americans are screened for the hepatitis B virus, when more than half of the people living with chronic hepatitis B in the United States are Asian-American.
