Tepper-led real estate arm taps Colliers International to market Panthers’ failed HQ site in Rock Hill


A bankruptcy court filing states that GT Real Estate Holdings LLC has begun the process of selling its 240-acre site in Rock Hill that had been planned for the Carolina Panthers headquarters. The entity has tapped Colliers International to market that site.
