Tetra Tech challenges first settlement over Hunters Point cleanup fraud


The developers of the Hunterspoint Shipyard agreed to settle with homeowners who alleged that they were misled about a toxic cleanup at the site that is marked by fraud. Now, the firm responsible for cleaning the land is challenging that agreement.
