Texas-based customs brokerage firm chooses Santa Teresa for first out-of-state facility


Pedraza Customhouse Brokers Inc. signed a lease with Pan American Realty in August for the 8,000-square-foot space. NAI El Paso brokered the deal and Pedraza began occupying the space on Nov. 1.
