Texas city’s failed HQ2 bid offers inside look at Amazon courtship


Arlington, Texas, struck out in its bid for Amazon’s second headquarters despite pitching Globe Life Park and nearly $1 billion in incentives for the e-commerce colossus. In bowing out, however, the city released its proposal, which provides key insight into Amazon's priorities.
