The Colonnade in Golden Valley sold for $79 million, a discount of 21% from last sale


The new owners of the Colonnade office building paid $79 million for the Golden Valley property – $21 million less than the last time it sold in 2017, according to public filings with the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
