The new food and beverage vendor at Bradford Beach plans to introduce a health-conscious, locally sourced menu.
CCH Management LLC is doing business in Chicago and soon Milwaukee as The Dock. Among other restaurants, the team behind The Dock operates a lakefront restaurant at Chicago’s Montrose Beach. Milwaukee County selected The Dock for Bradford Beach after it opened a request for proposals seeking operators for several of its parks.
