The Mercury Diner opens this week on Parsons Avenue


Columbus is getting a new breakfast and lunch destination.

The Mercury Diner opens Thursday at 621 Parsons Ave. on the city’s south side in a space that previously was The Crest.

It’s a sister concept to the Alchemy Cafe, which has two Columbus locations including one in the same building as the diner.
