The Mill, a popular downtown St. Petersburg restaurant known for its creative cocktails and bold flavor combinations, is coming to South Tampa.
Partners Jason Griffin and chef Ted Dorsey have leased the 5,569-square-foot former Ceviche Tapas Bar and Restaurant at 2500 W. Azeele St. Ceviche vacated the space in June.
