For Breakside Brewing, the price creep started when it began to look like the brewery was emerging from the pandemic. It was not necessarily the basic ingredients of beer, malt, hops and water, but the material that helps put beer in the hands of drinkers.
"I would say that any sort of input that we use going into our products to get it on the shelf has gone up," said Breakside's Director of Sales and Marketing E.K. MacColl.
